Make memories at this newly renovated 2 bedroom suite on Little Squam Lake. Enjoy the 585 feet of lake frontage with beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, fire pits, BBQ grills, a swing set and swim raft. A perfect place for your family to enjoy Squam Lake! This suite was part of a classic motel and cabin community. In 2024 the motel rooms were gutted and 2 were combined to make a larger suite. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and screened porch. The 2nd bedroom has a Full sized bed with a pull out twin sized trundle bed. This suite shares 2.3 acres with other cabins and suites on the property. It is a natural setting so there is uneven ground, rocks and stairs on the property that may make it challenging to navigate for someone with mobility issues. At the end of the stay, guests are asked to wash all dishes and dispose of trash in the dumpster located next to the yellow barn in the parking lot. Pets are not allowed in this rental. If you would like to bring your pet on vacation with you, please consider our pet friendly suites, which are suites 1, 3, 4, 9 and 12. Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be emailed to the guests 24 hours prior to check-in. Smoking is not permitted on the property. Guests have full access to all rooms in the suite. It is encouraged for guests to explore the property both on land and on the water. Canoes and kayaks are available to use for free, during daylight hours. Please use one of our provided life jackets to avoid a ticket from marine patrol! Guests should communicate with the host via the app Guest placing reservation must be at least 25 years of age.

October 2024 4.00Positive: Love all that they have to offer right there onsite. It was a great family place, in fact my 19-year-old daughter asked if we could make it a yearly family ritual staying there during the summer! We were missing some items in our suite, and I communicated with the owner and they were helpful, great communication!! Negative: We were missing towels for both of our bathrooms; paper towels were almost gone with no extra. Suite was not as pictured at all, and it was much smaller than listed.

August 2024 5.00Great place to stay! There are two firepits with wood, kayaks and paddle boards available for use on the property. We frequented the Squam Market down the street and enjoyed dinner at Walter's. Just a reminder to bring sheets and towels if you're there in the summer - that includes hand towels and floor mats if you require those. We really enjoyed our stay!
